    Year 1 (2010) Build partnership links To set up a junior section for Under 11’s To run weekly coaching sessions for under 11’s utilising kwik cricket guidance and format To arrange friendly matches with other teams to enable the children to put into practice the skills learnt through the coaching sessions. Year 2 (2011) Obtain Clubmark accreditation To continue the development of the junior section by introducing an under 12’s section in addition to the under 11’s To run weekly coaching sessions for under 11’s utilising kwik cricket guidance and format & inter cricket for Under 12’s Enter under 12’s into a league to continue their development and provide further competition opportunities Ensure sufficient number of members / volunteers have obtained the relevant coaching qualifications to take on the running of coaching opportunities fully within the club. Year 3 (2012) To continue the development of the junior section by introducing an under 13’s section in addition to the under 12’s & under 11’s Enter under 12’s & under 13’s into a league to continue their development and provide further competition opportunities.
