    * -To build links with partners including Sussex County Cricket Club and local schools to promote and aid in the development of the coaching programme. * -To provide fun coaching opportunities for children throughout the cricket season to assist them in developing their cricket skills. * -To provide children with the opportunity of obtaining certificates and awards linked into the ECB ‘play cricket’ initiatives to demonstrate and acknowledge the progress made through the coaching sessions. * -To arrange matches with other teams to enable the children to put into practice the skills learnt through the coaching sessions. * -To encourage parents and other adults to become involved in the running of the junior section to assist club members with its ongoing development. * -Providing opportunities for children in the Lancing area to enjoy the game and safeguarding the future of the club.  www.dcleisurecentres.co.uk |
